Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully.

1. The Vendor must adhere to all regulations and requirements set forth by the event organizer, as well as comply with all Federal, Provincial, and Municipal laws and by-laws, including but not limited to those pertaining to health and fire safety.

2. The Vendor is prohibited from assigning any rights outlined in this agreement or subletting any portion of the rented spaces to a third party.

3. It is mandatory for the Vendor or their designated staff to be physically present, and their stall must remain operational for the entire duration of the event hours.

4. The Vendor is responsible for cleaning and clearing their rented space of any unused items, debris, and garbage at the close of each evening during the event.

5. The Organizer retains full authority to halt the Vendor's operations should they sell or promote products and/or services other than those declared in the initial application form.

6. The Vendor and their employees are strictly prohibited from soliciting, selling, or promoting their products/services outside of their designated rented space.

7. Vendors are not permitted to display products or position furniture, signage, or decorations beyond the boundaries of their rented space.

8. No Vendor may sell or distribute any form of helium-filled balloons.

9. Vendors are prohibited from selling goods after the designated closing time stated on the application form.

10. For inquiries regarding PROPANE requirements and licensing regulations, please directly contact the Technical Safety Standards Association (TSSA) at 1-877-682-8772 for detailed information.

11. All Vendors are responsible for the proper disposal of their oil residues, cardboard, and other waste materials. Dumping these items in public street garbage bins or sewers is strictly prohibited.

12. Food vendors are required to possess a certificate of insurance listing the event organizer and the City of Ottawa as additional insured parties.

13. Food vendors must procure a permit at their own cost if requested by municipal by-law officers.

14. Non-compliance with the above rules may result in fines, forfeiture of the clearance deposit, and other applicable consequences.

15. Once the application is accepted by the event organizer, vendors will be contacted to pay the rental fees in full amount.

16. If vendors cancel their participation 60 days before the event, they will lose 50% of the total rental fee. Canceling within 30 days of the event will result in the forfeiture of the entire rental fee.
